**For mobile device users** to search and/or pay for General Billing, Personal Property or Real Estate follow these steps:

  1. Click on the top left of the mobile screen, located under the P logo

  2. Click Expand Menu then

  3. Select from the drop down menu which bill you would like to search for
    4.

Please read the search criteria carefully when searching for the particular bill you'd like to view/make payment.

Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes

Fiscal Year 2027 Tax bills are anticipated to be mailed within the first couple of weeks of September 2026.

  • - Real Estate mil rate is $12.58. Downtown District mil rate is $1.07.
  • - First installment due date is 10/16/2026. Second installment due date is 3/12/2027.

  • LOG IN IS NOT REQUIRED TO PAY OR VIEW ANY INFORMATION
